Backstory:
- she is the daughter of some nobles that work closely with the royal family
- as a child, she was always fascinated with the knights that protected the palace
- she would hang around the young, ambitious fighters and befriend them
- eventually she fell in love with a newly knighted boy and had plans of getting married
- however when a rival kingdom advanced on the kingdom, her lover was called into action where he was killed in battle
- her heart broken, she swore that she would never love again and that she would protect her loved ones
- she trained up to become a knight and soon rose up the ranks
- now as an older woman, she has found comfort in a tavern where she works occasionally as a bar maid
- while she still has the occasional fling, she has stayed true to her promise and has not found love
