PAYMENTS
Payments you MUST complete before requesting a cover:
• Give me a permanent follow. Here is my profile → MuniWilliams.
• Add my book to your library! So you will know when your covers are ready! You may also add my book to your reading list if you'd like.

Payments you MUST complete after receiving your cover:
• Credit me for the cover in the description of your story.
• Use the cover for 2-3 weeks first, if you decide to change it to a different book cover that is not made by me.

FORM
Fill out everything on the form here:
If you are NOT filling in one of the points below in your form, ignore it.
If you are requesting two book covers at once, please place them in different forms.

• Writer's Name:
• Genre:
Include both the main genre and the subgenre.
• Description:
This should be short. So I can come up with an image idea for your story.
• Mood:
Is your story supposed to be sad/happy/etc.?
• Quote:
This is optional. However, if you do have a quote, please don't make it long.
• Special Additions:
Please inform me if you need a specific person on the cover (if it is a fanfiction, ensure to put fanfiction in the genre part of the form) and if they need to be of a certain race or age.
Let me know if you need an object or color in the background. Nothing extra, please. I'm not a professional. Lol. I'm only doing this for fun! Let me know if you want illustration art covers too.
