Your OC must be over 18, or have a timeskip.

I will fill the template based off my reading of the OC.
3. DO NOT hate on this book because your OC hasnt been accepted or your form is OOC. As said before, this is based off how I see the OC.

Fill out the passwords. I will ignore you if you do not put BOTH passwords. I will not tell you if you missed one of the passwords, your comment will be deleted 10 minutes after I see it if you havent added both passwords.

Do not hate on other people's characters. Any hate directed towards somebody's OC will instantly be deleted and you will be blocked.
