A few days after the sex and argument with Andy I was back at the jail to talk to Billy. I was sitting in the room waiting looking at the old statements and the new one and shaking at my head the inconsistency and something just wasn't adding up. Yes I knew it was going to be different but this was more that just different, this was a completely different story. Billy came walking in and a guard handcuffed him to the table.
"Blair..." He said and I half smiled.
"Billy." I said and he chuckled.
"You see Andy lately?" Billy asked and I groaned.
"Billy, I'm not here to talk about Andy we are here to discuss you case." I said.
"Well I want to talk about my son who wont even come and see me." Billy said.
"I don't know what I can tell you about Andy. I don't know him like that. I know his work and that's it." I said and Billy shook his head.
"You know more than you are saying I want to know everything." Billy said. I slammed the folder closed.
"The case William! That's why I'm here." I said annoyed. Before I knew how close I was to his hands he reached me and grabbed my wrists tightly.
"Scream and I snap your wrists." He said as I went to yell. "You listen to me now little girl, you will get Andy here to see me with you next week, he will be your co-counsel on this case." Billy said.
"And if he says no...?" I asked as he still held tightly to me. I didn't show the pain he was causing.
"You don't have a choice, either Andy is co-counsel or I ruin your career. Just because I'm in here don't think I can't do it." Billy said and released his hold on me. "Guard!" Billy yelled and he opened the door.
"We aren't having our meeting?" I asked.
"Not until you get Andy here next week." Billy said as he was released from the cuffs on the table and walked out. I started gathering up everything and groaned at how my wrists hurt now. I left the prison and just sat in my car in the prison parking lot. I knew where I needed to go but I didn't want to hear the inevitable "I Told You So." I left the parking lot and drove directly to downtown Newton to go to Andy's office. I parked outside and walked inside with my files I had taken with me incase Andy wanted to be helpful and actually do this for me. I put on my suit jacket to cover up the bruises forming on my wrist, that was the last thing I needed was for Andy to see it. I walked in and walked to his secretary.
"Can I help you?" She asked me and I sighed.
"I'm Blair Walsh and I need to see Andy Barber." I said and she looked at the schedule.
"Do you have an appointment?" She asked and I shook my head.
"No but tell him it's about the case I am working. He'll understand." I said and she nodded and called him on the phone as I went and sat down.
"He will be right with you." She said when she hung up and I nodded. I just sat looking at my wrists waiting for Andy. Soon I heard his office door open and he looked at me and then at his secretary.
"Aubrey, you can go ahead and call it a day. This will be what I end up working on until I leave." Andy said and she smiled. She gathered up everything and left. Andy looked at me as she walked away. "Come on in." Andy said and I got up and walked into his office. I set my briefcase down on the open chair.
"I'm sorry I'm here but I need to talk to you." I said and Andy groaned.
"Why?" Andy asked.
"It's about Bil...William's case." I said and Andy groaned.
"I don't want to hear about it Blair! I told you if you went down this road it would ruin you and I don't need to be dragged down too." Andy said and I sighed.
"Andy please listen..." I said and he shook his head.
"No, Blair..." Andy said.
"Andy I fucked up! I fucked up by taking this case, is that what you want to hear?!" I semi yelled and Andy just looked at me semi shocked.
"What happened Blair?" Andy asked and I sighed.
"He wont work with me unless I get you to come with me next week and work as my co-counsel." I said and Andy groaned.
"Fuck!" Andy said and slammed his hand down on his desk. "This is what I knew was going to happen!" Andy said and I groaned.
"I didn't know he would go this far Andy." I said and he sighed and just shook his head. "Andy, I would never ask you for anything but I need you to do this with me please..." I begged, he looked at me and huffed a laugh.
"Why?! Why would I help that man?! He deserve to rot." Andy said.
"Because if you don't do this he will ruin me and my career!" I yelled and Andy just looked at me.
"What?" Andy asked. He really looked at me and saw tons of emotions all throughout my entire demeanor.
"He is threatening me Andy. My career...me...I don't know but he said he can ruin me. If you want to say I told you so then do it now." I said and started pacing in his office. He stepped in front of me stopping me and placed his hands on my shoulders and the one on my cheek.
"I wont say it right now because I see you are panicked but I promise you, it's coming eventually." Andy said and I gave a small smile. He dropped his hands and gently grabbed my wrists and I winced which caused Andy to lift my wrists and move my suit jacket sleeve.
"What the fuck Blair?! Did he do this to you?" Andy asked and my eyes filled with tears. Andy gently pulled me to the couch in his office and we sat down.
"He did this when he threatened my career if you don't join the case." I said and Andy groaned. Andy just shook his head.
"Blair, I want to help you I really do but I cant. I cant be with that man, let alone be co-counsel." Andy said and I nodded.
"I know, I knew it was a long shot coming to ask you." I said and he hung his head. He brought my wrist up to his lips and kissed them and I smiled.
"I'm sorry he hurt you. Now you see why I was worried." Andy said and I nodded. He and I just looked at each other as he held my hands rubbing his thumbs over my wrists. He started to lean in and I didn't stop him, even though I knew I should. His lips connected with mine and this kiss wasn't like any of our others. This kiss had passion and meaning. As we made out I shrugged out of my suit jacket, Andy gripped my waist and pulled me into his lap to straddle him. I moaned as I started grinding him and I felt him grow hard in his pants.
"We can't..." I said stopping my movements as Andy's lips went to my neck.
"I don't care anymore." Andy said and bunched up my skirt. I started to unbuckle his pants, then I unzipped his pants pulled him out as I moved my panties off to the side. I quickly lowered myself on Andy and I set the pace and it was slow and passionate and I leaned down and passionately kissed Andy. We knew this was wrong, we felt it in every movement my hips made or every kiss or lap of our tongues but we didn't care anymore. I moved my lips off of Andy's but they still brushed against his. Andy gripped my hips and he bucked his hip up and I smiled at the sudden hit of the spot in me that could make me explode all over him at any minute. Andy stopped me moving and just started bucking his hips.
"Andy..." I moaned as he knew I was close.
"Let's go Blair, I got you." Andy said and I smiled at his words because he was right, he did have me, no matter how fucked up it was. I clenched around him and he groaned at the feeling and I quickly coated him as I released and I felt him release inside of me and I moaned at the feeling. Once we both released and caught our breath I got off of Andy and righted my clothes as he did the same. I walked over and grabbed my briefcase as Andy looked at me. I dropped a copy of the main files of the case on his desk.
"Please, look it over and let me know. I need you Andy." I said and walked out of his office. I had to get out as fast as I could. I was falling for this man and it couldn't happen.
