After his gym battle Austin to the Pokémon Center to have Raticate looked over which came back with no problems at all, Austin was then accompanied by Rosa and Lucario as they went to the market, Austin restocked on food supplies, Pokeballs, a Super Rod, and found a metal coat and decided to buy it incase his Scyther wanted to evolve, Austin, Lucario, and Rosa then made their way back to the Pokémon Center and got separate rooms for the night with Austin and Lucario sharing the same bed before Austin went to bed he updated professor Rowen about his journey, when morning came around Austin and his Pokémon were training under gravity with Charmander free from the grasp of said force since she was new and need time to build up her muscles, Rosa then came out of the center to find Austin to see him training his Pokémon she walked up to him, Austin and his Pokémon saw her coming and tried to warn her about the gravitational field around them but it was too late she faceplanted into the ground, after Austin, Lucario, Chansey, and Clefairy healed Rosa everyone sat down and ate breakfast along with Rosa's Snivy and Eevee.

Rosa: Do you always train your Pokémon under the effects of gravity?
Austin: Just in the mornings.
Rosa: What do you do with your Pokémon in the afternoon and evening?
Austin: Teach them new moves either from their personal move pool or by TM, and in the evening its type resisting training.
Rosa: Type resisting training?
Austin: Training my Pokémon to resist moves that are super effective against them.
Austin felt a tug on his legs, so he looked down to see Charmander with her food bowl in her hands asking for more, Austin made some more fire type Pokémon food and poured it into her food dish.
Austin: There you go girl.
Charmander smiled before walking back to her spot and ate her meal.
Rosa: Aren't you spoiling her a little?
Austin: She was actually under fed a little because of Cross not feeding her very well so it would make sense if she wanted more food.
Rosa: I see, oh I just remembered could we take a slight detour to Hollywood, my cousin Hilda is there, and it's been a while since I last saw her?
