QUESTION: What is your favourite thing about yourself?

ANSWER: My intellect.

Ahn Taeha has always been smart. All her life, she was praised for her intelligence, constantly being told that she was the top of her class and a pleasure to have as a student.

She breezed through high school, graduating as valedictorian and getting accepted into one of Seoul's finest universities on a full ride scholarship to study physics and medicine.

She loved college. She loved her newfound freedom and independence, especially in her personal life. She was now over an hour away from her parents and the insufferable sameness of her old life.

Speaking of insufferable, she now had some decent competition by the name of Kim Seungmin. As he was another medicine major, they had 4 classes together, and Taeha had to fight to keep her blood pressure at a manageable level in every one of them.

Seungmin was just as smart as she was. Just as hardworking, just as focused, just as driven. It was irritating. Taeha wanted to attend her beloved Philosophy class without having He Who Shall Not Be Named countering every one of her points.
