Mirajane's pov

"Elf-niichan! I'm going to bring this to Natsu. See you in a while."
I said as I left our house for Natsu's. He hadn't visited the guild after y/n's death and I could understand him. He had lost Lisanna already, and when he finally loved someone again. She died too. I had arrived at the cabin in the woods and knocked on the door. No answer. "Natsu! It's me Mirajane.can you open up please?". I heard footsteps and the door opening. Natsu's eyes were still a bit red and puffy from crying. "What are you doing here?", he asked. "I was worried about you because you hadn't been visiting the guild lately and Happy did so I brought you some food. And I wanted to give you my support after y/n's death.", this last sentence seemed to hit him. A tear rolled down his cheek and I embraced him in a hug. I knew that, knowing Natsu, he would say he didn't needed support or a hug. But even if he didn't admitted it. He was the one that needs it the most of everyone.

Natsu's pov

Mirajane suddenly embraced me in a hug. My nose was buried in her hair as my head rested on her shoulder. She smelled like home, like freshly washed towels. I loved that smell (oh I really do like it...)
"Mira..."."Don't worry Natsu. Elfman would say. 'it's manly to cry when you're sad!'"
"Thank you.",I said "For what?"
"For caring for me and not forgetting me while you're feeling sadness in your heart too. For making this for me. For everything."
"It' 's nothing Natsu. I know how you feel and I wanted to help you feel better.",I said and smiled at him. It was a smile from my heart. I hadn't smiled like that for so long. Since Lisanna' 's death there didn't seemed to be a reason to smile anymore. That was when I saw Natsu. He seemed to be even worse than me. He wasn't lively. He wasn't talking, eating and I doubt he was sleeping much. He lost two persons that were very important to him in a short time. I felt bad for him. I was brought out of my thoughts when Natsu's sobbing had changed into a light snoring and saw he was half asleep. Poor boy. He must've been exhausted. I helped him to his bed and tucked him in 'cause he fell asleep the moment his head touched the pillow. I prepared a meal for him and put it in the fridge, leaving a note on it:
I made you something to eat
Just warm it up a little and it's ready to eat
X Mira
