the tap at your window

You had been sleeping for at least 3 hours now until you heard a knock at your window you quickly jumped up just then you heard a slight chuckle, you looked over to find out it was robin?! What the hell was he doing at, you turned to check your alarm clock 4:00 in the morning?! Just before you could think of anymore ranting robin spoke up (robin is your bestfriend you've had a crush on for years)

Robin: y/n?, Come on before you miss what I want to show you.

Y/n: robin, it's 4:00 in the morning go back to your house

You said as you went to close the door, but if course robin stopped you, you always admired the way he was so strong you zoned out just looking at him

Robin: y/n?, Y/n god will you snap out of it!

Y/n: oh right sorry.

Robin: now will you go ahead and let me in

You groaned in annoyance as you opened up the window letting him climb in, he fell onto the soft cushion of your bed

Y/n: now hurry up and explain what you want, so I can go back to sleep

Robin: well I found your other earring

Robin scoffed as he said that, you had lost one  your earring they were very valuable because they were a gift before your father died, you snatched the earrings looking at them for a split second you wanted to make sure they were the actual ones, not some knock off ones robin had got to make you feel better once you knew you gave him a tight hug

Y/n: thanks I guess, dingus

Robin: dingus?

Robin laughed rolling over onto your bed, eyes all teary

Robin: well I am the one who found them

You rolled your eyes, you were still tired you walked over to your nightstand placing your earrings in a box your mother had given you to keep them save

You walked back over, robin had a goofy dumbass smile on his face

Y/n: okay you found my earrings now go before my mother gets mad a bit is in my room at 4:00 IN THE MORNING.

Your mother was never really thrilled about the fact of you having a boy as a bestfriend she always thought y'all were more than just "bestfriends" until you explained for the 10th that y'all are just friends.

Robin: okay okay,

Robin stepped back up to the window seal, staying there just to annoy you

You gave him a gentle shove out then closed it behind him, laughing as you watched him giving you the bird (but he didn't really mean it)
