I went inside after I found the weird creature in my trash can. "Dusty! Dusty how was it?" Mom asked "How was what?" I stammered ""How was what?" The greatest night of the year, of course." She said "Oh. Oh, yeah, it was.. It was uh tubular" I said nervously "Whats wrong with you" she asked "Nothing" I said "Did something happen?" She said "No. What? No" I said "Are constipated again?" She asked "No. Mom!" I slightly yelled "Okay, your acting weird" She said "Im not acting weird!" I yelled then my trap started to shake. She yelled and I started laughing nervously. "Awesome right? Yeah I rigged the trap with.. uh a motor to make it look like I caught a ghost. Just like the movie." We both started to laugh nervously "Funny Look at that. Look at that" I said I slipped by and ran to my room.

"Steve hurry up!" I screamed "Your hair is least thing you need to be worried about" I added "My hair is the most important part of the day!" He yelled "I'm biking to school thats it!" I yelled "Fine!" He yelled back. I biked to school. I got to school. Me, Mike and Will got there at the same time. "Dustin and Lucas are acting weird they never wait for us here anymore" I said "There to stuck up on that girl" Mike said "Max right?" Will questioned "Yeah" I said. We went inside and went to Clarkes class. I sat down waiting for Max. "The case of Phineas Gage is one of the great medical curiosities of all time. Phineas was a railroad worker in 1848 who had a nightmare accident. A large iron rod was driven completely through his head.  Phineas miraculously survived. He seemed fine. And physically, yes he was. But his injury resulted in a complete change in his personality. So much that his friends that knew him started referring him as "No Longer Gage" at the time, this was known as the American Crowbar Case. Although it wasn't-" Mr. Clarke said then Dustin busted through the door. "I am so sorry Mr. Clarke. Really I am so sorry. Please continue with the class. Don't mind me. Really continue, please, thanks. " Dustin said Mr. Clarke continued Dustin whispered something to the boys and then Will turnt around and whispered a little loud so I can hear him "AV club lunch." I nodded "We're going to the AV club at lunch" I whispered to Max "Why?" She asked "I don't know" I said.

Finally lunch hit and we all went to the AV room. "His name is d'Artagnan. Cute right?" Dustin said "d'Artagnan?" Mike questioned "Dart for short" He said "Can we talk outside?" Will whispered "Why? What happened?" I whispered back "We'll be back" I said then we started walking out "There probably gonna suck each other's faces!" Mike said We walked out the classroom and I said "Will what happened? Are you okay?" I asked "Dart. He's from the Upside Down" Will said "How do you know?" I asked "I spit it out sort of" He said "What?" I questioned "It doesn't matter. Just please don't tell the others" He said I grabbed his hand and said "I promise. Until your ready to tell them" he smiled and went back in there. "So how was it?" Mike asked "Mike! I'm gonna kill you!" I yelled throwing a book at him but missing "Hah" He said "At first I thought it would be some type of Pollywog" Dustin said "Pollywog?" Max questioned "Like a tadpole" I said "You know that most tadpoles are aquatic right?" Dustin said "Okay?" I said "Well, Dart, he isn't he doesn't need water." Dustin said "Yeah but aren't there non aquatic Pollywogs?" Lucas asked "Terrestrial pollywogs? Yep. Two to be exact. Indirana semiplameta and the Adenomera adreae. Ones from India and ones from South America. So how did one end up in my trash" Dustin said "Maybe some tourist" I shrugged then looked at Will "Do you guys see that? Looks like something is moving inside of it" Mike said He put the light over the lamp and it just screeched and ran off the table but Dustin caught it. "I got you little guy" Dustin smiled "And there another thing. Reptiles, they're coldblooded. Ectothermic right? They love heat. The sun. Dart hates it. It hurts him." Dustin said "So if he's not a Pollywog or a reptile.." "Then I've discovered a new species" Dustin said We all looked at each other and I looked at Will and lightly gulped. Then the bell rang and we all hurried and grabbed our stuff. and started walking to class. "We gotta show him to Mr. Clarke" Lucas said "What if he steals my discovery" Dustin asked "He's not going to steal your discovery" said Lucas "You know, I'm thinking about calling it Dustonious pollywogus" Dustin said "Give us some credit here" I said "You did not discover this" Dustin said
