i walk into the school gates with finney
" have you seen bruce ? " i ask
as we sit down in first period

" i havent " finney says
" oh okay " i say pulling out my books

" how about robin ? " i ask
" yeah but he doesn't have first period with us remember ? " he says

about 20 minutes after first period starts
the door swings open

me and finney look over
and see bruce

he looks like he just ran a marathon
" i-im sorry, i'm l-late " he says trying to catch his breath

" detention " our teacher says

i stand up
" what the hell ! your giving him detention for what ? " i say

" y/n, i'm giving him detention because he should know to be here early ! now sit down " he slightly yells

" bullshit ! " i yell

" bruce and y/n will have detention after school " he says sitting down

i sit back down
bruce walks over to his seat and winks at me

" i just thought of the thing ever " i say smiling
" oh no what is it ? " he asks

" what if we throw a party " i say smiling bigger then ever

" a party ? " " your funny y/n " he grabs my wrist and makes me walk to class

" i'm serious " i say as we walk into detention

bruce is still holding my wrist
robin is starring hard at me

he looks so sad..
i pull my wrist away from bruce

i walk over to robin and sit down

bruce sits down next to me

i frown
" your get over me and you'll find someone who truly loves you " i say

he smiles at me but still clearly hurt
" you needed someone who would have treated you perfect and bruce will do that " he whispers

" i hope so " i whisper back
" stop talking you two " our teacher says

" if you talk in my class again i will give you another detention " she says

" this isn't your class this is detention, you just got the shift " i say
" did you just talk back to me young lady ? " she asks

" what no- " im cut off by her
" detention " she says smiling

i stand up
i grab my backpack
