Why do you cause pain?

You kill all these monsters,
Innocent souls, looking to get out.
But you choose to kill instead of befriend,
How much thought did you put?
Sans, Papyrus,
Alphys and Undyne
Toriel, Asgore,
Why are they dying?
Explain to me why,
You chose to do so.
My time is almost out,
So soon I must go.
But before I do, just please listen closely
Answer us straight 'cause all far and wide,
