Backstory: During childbirth, Cassandra had a rare condition that her vocal cords were fused together as an infant she couldn't breathe, so her parents ordered the doctor for special surgery to remove her vocal cord. And because of the operation, she had to learn other ways to talk, but in the process, at the time she turned thirteen, she received the power of telepathy and the American government took her away from her family and she ends up running from anyone who's American after she escaped.
