"Ugh" you as you hear Your alarm go off on your phone.

"I might drop out this shit is ridiculous" ironic for you to say because today was your fist day at Columbia. You weren't actually gonna drop because this is what your parents have always wanted. For you and your siblings to have the education they didn't get. So your doing it for them.

With some time and some mindlessly staring at the ceiling you got the motivation to get up. With a big sigh and groan with a leg shaking stretch you took a glance around your room and almost had a brake down about how many boxes you had to unpack.

You have been neglecting it way too long. So you decided today was the day, even though you "decided" that yesterday.

"BITCHHH" you hear from outside your room, from a female Hispanic 5'4 voice, Livie your best friend since diapers, appears rushing through you door with excitement.

"LOOK AT THIS PLACE" Livie shouts right next to your ear as if you were deaf

"Bitch back tf up, all up in my ear and shit" you say in annoyance because you are NOT a morning person.

"Sorry damn" Livie says "I can't wait to see everything unpacked" she adds on.

"I know right I feel like the more organized everything will be the less stress I'll have about school" you say with a light giggle " even though I keep on neglecting taking the stuff" you both laugh.

"I heard some of the professors are hot" Livie says out of no where " girl you think every one is hot" you say as she giggles beca she knows your right.

"Well I'm gonna go try and cook something up for breakfast" Livie says as she gets up from your bed "wait have you finished unpack already" you say

"yeah I finished last night" she says with a smile

"How tf- we didn't get until like 10 last night how ere you not tired" you questioned

"I really don't know I think it was the redbull, you know they say it gives you wings" she say
