Taria and Krystal were not so lucky they had been hanging there for who knows how long and Taria's lies had gotten her into deep trouble.

Man: "You have two minutes. So, each of you has one minute. Get going."

Taria: *Looks at Krystal* "I'm really sorry."

Krystal: "For what?"

Taria: "The truth is... I have kept lies from you all this time."

Krystal: *Looks down* "Just hurry up and tell me already."

Taria: "I lied to you about the one night after the volleyball game."

Krystal: "Which one?"

Taria: "The regional game. I lied to you."

Krystal: "What was it?"

Taria: "That I was okay and nothing was wrong. Except something was wrong. I was really worried about you."

Krystal: "Aww! Taria. Why didn't you just tell me?"

Taria: "I didn't want to worry anyone."

Taira's chains let her go. The doors underneath of Taria with the chain saws closed. She had finally told the truth. Now, it was Krystal's turn to tell the truth. The whole truth.

Man: "Bravo." *Clapping* "Now it's your turn, Krystal."

Krystal: *Looks down at Taria* "I can't."

Taria: "Come on Krystal! It's just a lie."

Krystal: "Yeah but... it's a really bad one."

Man: "If you refuse, then I'll just drop you into your death."

Krystal: "Go ahead! See how much I care!"

Taira: "Krystal! No!"

The man laughed and pressed a button on the remote. Krystal's chains let her go. She grabbed the ledge and looked down.

Taria: "Krystal, wait. Just hang on a minute."

Krystal: "I'm sorry that I lied to you."

Taira: *Runs over to her* "What did you lie about?"

Krystal: "The night after we talked at lunch."

Taria: "What about it?" *Tries to help Krystal up*

Krystal's hands were slipping but she continued to look down. The saws were still running and she knew what she had to do.

Krystal: "I always told you that I believed you."

Taria: *Grabs her hand* "On what?"

Krystal: "That you care... about me, but the truth is, I don't believe it at all."

Taria: *Eyes widen* "Why would you think that I don't care?"

Krystal: "I don't know. Maybe because you were always busy and never talked to me at school."

Taria: "That doesn't mean that I don't care! I still care about you! I will always care about you Krystal!"

Suddenly, Krystal's hand slipped. Taria managed to save her just in time. The man stood behind Taria, ready to push them both down.

Taira: Hang on! I got you!" *Grabs Krystal*

Then Taria slipped, but the man saved her. He helped Krystal up to safety. Taira ran over to Krystal and gave her a big hug.

Taria: "Krystal!" *Slaps her* "Don't do that ever again!"

Krystal: "Ow! I won't! I promise."

Taria: "Good!"

Man: "You are some very lucky girls."

Taria: *Turns around* "You saved us but why?"

Man: "Because... just be thankful I did. I could've pushed you both into the saws."

Krystal: "Thank you."

Man: *Looks the other way* "Please follow me."

The girls followed the man to a room and looked around. Krystal looked at the man. Krystal noticed something odd.

Taria: "What is it?"

Krystal: "Something about him. He reminds me of us."

Taria: "What do you mean?"

Krystal: "You know I can read people's hearts, right? I read his. It's just like ours."

Taira: "How?"

Man: "This is your room for the night. Rest up because you both have two more tests ahead of you!"

Taria: "Krystal is the last one."

Man: *Closes the door* "Indeed."

Krystal: "I'm the last test?"

Taria: "I'm not going to let him hurt you!"

Krystal: "I don't want to hurt you either! So, I must tell the truth!"

Taria: "I know you'd never do anything to hurt me on purpose.''

Krystal: "I'm not so sure, whatever he put inside my heart can't be good!"

Taria put her hand on Krystal's shoulder and kneeled in front of her.

Taria: "Maybe, but I know you Krystal."

Krystal: "Huh?"

Taria: "You and I are both pure of heart. We're strong!"

Krystal: *Rolls her eyes* "I'm a monster."

Taria: "Why would you think that? You have one of the biggest hearts I know of!"

Krystal: "Because, I have been fighting the darkness, I may be pure hearted but I'm also very afraid of many things."

Taria: "Well, like you always say, Fear is no obstacle to success."

Krystal: "Do you think Marta and Marie know we're missing?"

Taria: "For sure. They know we'd never skip school and be gone for this long."

Krystal: *Hugs Taria*

Taria: *Hugs back*

The girls knew they had to be smart from now on or they'd be in a lot of trouble.
