I was just finishing up a stream, as Sapnap rang me on discord.

"So, chat I- oh- Sapnap's calling me, one second chat."

"Y/N? babe? can you hear me? my mic isn't working well."

Sapnap, my boyfriend of 2 years, is honestly very stupid. The way he told our friends and fans we were dating, was he accidentally called me "babe" in the middle of a Dream SMP lore stream.

no one was surprised, considering he'd always flirt with me, and I'd flirt back. well, besides Tommy.

"yes, Nicky, I can hear you. what do you need? chat can hear you." I wince at his volume and turn down the volume on my discord.

"okay, good. oh shit, you're streaming? can you mute?" he says, sounding nervous.

"oh, yeah okay, just a second."

"sorry chat, but I'm gonna have to mute for a second, I'll be back soon. Mods, be on high alert. if you need to, you can go into sub and emote only."

what did Nick need in the middle of one of my streams, that was so important he couldn't wait until after?

"I'm back nick, I'm muted. Is something wrong? even my chat is kinda worried that you asked me to mute."

"oh nononono, nothing's wrong babe, I just wanted to ask you something serious."

"you can't wait until I'm done streaming?" I roll my eyes.

"n-not really, hehe"

what the fuck? he never giggles! and he's blushing? how is he even still awake? its 2 in the morning!

why am I awake? I need sleep.

"so, what's up baby?"

"uhm... shit... Iwaswonderingifyouwantedtogoonadrivewithmebecauseihaveasupriseforyou."

"I'm sorry, what the fuck did you just say? you sounded like a fucking plane engine you were so loud and fast."

"shit, sorry, I'm just nervous."

I laugh.

"Nick, we've been together for 2 years."

"I know, that doesn't change the fact I don't know how you'll react to this!"

Sapnap's POV- (random POV change brought to you by me feeling like a sack of shit on my bed while writing this because being sick right before school is great)

"okay okay, just.. slow down, take a deep breath. then try again."

"okay." "I wanted to ask if you wanted to go on a drive with me when you're done streaming. I have a surprise for you, and I can't wait any longer, or I can't do my surprise anymore."

"I'd love to Nicky. I'll finish off my stream, and you can go ahead and start my way. be sure to text me when you're here, and I'll get dressed."

holy fuck that's a relief. I didn't think they'd agree. I'm really gonna do this. I'm gonna propose. I'm ready to spend the rest of my life with them.

"sweet, I'm heading out to my car now. I'll see you in a bit, love you!"

"see you in a bit, Nicky. I love you too, bye."

they hang up, and I get in my car, making sure my hair looks okay and that I have the ring.

and I start my way to their house.

Y/N's POV-

"CHAT- I HAVE TO GO-"

the chat spams with "awww"s, "okkkkk"s, "aw ok"s, and "that's ok :))"s, as I end stream with my iconic ending line.

"bye everyone, remember to be yourself, and I love you all! see you next time!"

I blow a kiss to the screen and click "end stream".

I choose my outfit (idc just try to look nice lmao) and quickly run out into the living room, to wait.

Sapnap's POV-

I arrive at Y/N's house, and pull into their driveway while texting them that I'm here.

they rush out and hop into the car, reaching over the middle console to give me a kiss.

"hey baby, ready to go on a drive?"

"yeah! I'm ready for my surprise too!"

they laugh, and I smile. they always had this happy, calming aura to them.

I pull out of their driveway, and begin the way to my planned spot, for stargazing. I had accidentally found it while hiking with Dream and figured it would be the perfect spot to propose.

ANOTHER FUCKING TIME SKIP

I quickly stop before pulling into the spot.

"okay baby, now, I want you to put on this blindfold for me."

they laugh.

"where the fuck did you get a blindfold?!"

"narnia"

"wha-"

I quickly slide it over their head to cover their eyes.

"alright then I guess that's how we're doing this."

I continue the car ride and pull into the spot.

"we're here, but don't take your blindfold off, I'll help you out of the car."

"okay..."

i help them out of the car and help them to sit onto the blanket I had laid there beforehand, and have them close their eyes.

"now, close your eyes, ill tell you when to open them, okay?"

they nod their head and pull off their blindfold.

"okay, open them."

Y/N's POV-

"okay, open them."

I open my eyes to reveal a beautiful sight, making me gasp.

"are you serious?! this is beautiful! how did you find this?!"

"dream."

"not fucking surprising."

he laughs and kisses me. I kiss back, considering he's my boyfriend.

he looks over at me with a serious face, and pulls me up to my feet.

"babe, I have something I've been wanting to ask for so so long now."

I look at him with a confused face, as he gets down on one knee.

"Y/N, you are the absolute love of my life, and I would love to spend the rest of my life with you. It would be an honour to call you my married partner. so please, will you marry me?"

my eyes fill with tears, causing me to lose my words. I nod my head and reach down to kiss him, while he puts the ring on my finger.

"I love you so so so much, Y/N"

"I love you even more, Nick."
