CCRH: Winter Equinox

Netherlands was swimming around in the lake, he was half shark So he could easily swim. His dark blue fur made him blend in with the water. but his red fin tends to give him away. He poked his head out of the water as he heard a faint sound of someone approaching the lake. Switzerland was snowboarding on his mountain home which is near the lake

"YAHOO" he yelled while snowboarding

He then noticed the lake that Netherlands was in

"Hmm I never really went down there before" he said to himself "I bet there's a bunch of fish down there,I should get my fishing pole!"

Switzerland started to climb back up the mountain, he was an expert at climbing. Once he was at his house he grabbed his fishing pole and headed back down the mountain. Netherlands didn't notice Switzerland yet since he was too busy stalking a hermit crab he found digging around in the sand. Switzerland puts bait on the hook and lowers it into the water, waiting patiently for a tug. A fish takes the bait and tugs, but before Switzerland can reel it in Netherlands sees the fish and tries to bite the fish off the hook. After three tugs he gives up and swims away. Switzerland caught the fish and reeled it in, he then noticed something in the water

"Hey what's that thing?" He asked himself

He looked closely into the water before putting on a diving mask and diving in Netherlands was startled when he saw Switzerland dive in so he bit Switzerland's hind leg and quickly swam away. Switzerland yowled in pain but decided to chase after Netherlands.

"Hey! Wait! I'm not going to hurt you" Switzerland called to Netherlands still swimming after him Netherlands stops swimming away and turns to face Switzerland. He hesitates before hissing at Switzerland in fear

"I'm serious I'm no threat, take my word for it I just saw you under here while I was fishing" Switzerland explains to him

Netherlands lowers his head before speaking "Oh, well in that case I'm sorry for biting you"

"It's fine I'll leave you alone if you want, sorry for bothering you. I'm head back to the mountains where I belong..." Switzerland says getting out the lake

Switzerland grabs his snow boarding gear, his diving mask, and his fishing pole before heading back.

"Hey wait! Um maybe you'd like to hang out? I stay in that mountain over there" Netherlands says pointing to Mt.Shiver, the tallest mountain around. "I'm not the only one that lives up there though"

Switzerland turned around as soon as he heard Netherlands speak "Ok, um sure!" He said joyfully

"Alrighty then. C'mon let's go!"

Netherlands got out of the water and walked over to the mountain ( which is pretty close to the lake ) Switzerland follows Netherlands. Netherlands starts to climb the mountain. Since Switzerland is a pro expert he quickly climbs the mountain passing Netherlands without a problem. It took a little while for Netherlands to get to the top of the mountain where Switzerland was waiting for him.

"So, this is Mt. Shiver, is it? Where I'm from, there are a bunch of more mountains. I guess you can say that I'm kinda isolated really, Austria and Sweden are really the only ones that visit me once a month, and NASA comes up to my home every day now." Switzerland explained to Netherlands, telling him about his home.

"Yes it is, your home sounds really nice! I also heard that all organizations are dogs is that correct?"

"Correct!" he replies
