Chapter 4

The meeting lasted very long, in fact they only had one hour to have lunch and continue to finish the meeting.

It was 4 pm, Jin took a deep breath after finally being able to return to his room safely. Jin leaned back against the chair and closed his eyes.

"It's only my first day working here but it feels really stressful" Jin mumbled.

It's time for all employees to go home, when Jin came out of his room, he saw the light in his boss's room was still on, which means he was still inside, he looked at his watch, it was 6 pm.

He decided to go home, but as he passed Taehyung's room, Taehyung came out and they almost collided.

"Hey Jin, I'm sorry"

"It's okay"

"You want to go home?" Jin nodded.

"But Jungkook isn't home yet"

"But my work is done"

"You are his secretary, you have to go home when he comes home, what if he needs you?" Jin sighed.

"What is it? are you uncomfortable with Jungkook?"

"Yeah, I'm a little uncomfortable with him, he thinks I'm an Omega, he sniffs me and seems to believe I'm an Omega"

"What? did he sniff you?"

"Yeah, is he always like that with the new hires?"

"Jin you better go back to your room, I'll talk to Jungkook about this okay?" Jin nodded before finally returning to his room.

"Come in" Taehyung entered and closed the door behind him then sat in front of Jungkook.

"What did you do to the new secretary?"

"Jin said you sniffed him, is it true?"

"Yes he already said it, why are you asking me again?"

"Jungkook, why did you do that? He's a Beta, his medical results say so, I also told about Omega working here, he can't lie, now you're making him uncomfortable"

Jungkook put the file on his desk and looked at his friend.

"You know how strong my instincts are,right? Even without sniffing him I knew he was Omega, but there was something strange about his scent, maybe he was using blockers to cover his scent and even more strangely, when I sniffed his neck, I could feel an unusual scent on him, but the scent didn't seem to stick to his body."

"What makes you so sure? if you can't smell the scent clearly"

"You are an Alpha, you should also know, where is your Alpha instinct?"

"I just saw the difference in his attitude with Yoongi, it's definitely different, but I think it's because everyone has a different attitude"

Taehyung came out of Jungkook's room and knocked on Jin's room, then he came in and saw Jin sitting in his chair.

"He still has a lot of work to do, it looks like you will be working late today, you can help him finish his work if you want to hurry home"

"Does that mean I have to come to his room?"

Jin got up from his chair and arranged his clothes before leaving his room and going to his boss's room.

"Come in" Jin opened the door and went inside, as he walked over to Jungkook, he could clearly see the pile of files on Jungkook's desk.

"What's wrong Jin?" Jungkook put the file on his desk and looked at Jin.

"Is there anything I can help you with, sir?"

"Looks like nothing, I can solve it myself, unless you insist on helping I have one job for you"

"What is it sir?"

"Massage my shoulder" Jin was surprised by his boss's orders, it seems Jungkook is someone who is frontal in talking, he doesn't think about other people's reactions when he hears his request.

"Why are you staying there? my shoulder is here, come and massage my shoulder, it's easier than finishing this whole file right?"

"Y-yes sir" Jin walked behind Jungkook's chair and began to put his hands on Jungkook's shoulders, then massaged them slowly.
