I tried my best to protect Carlie. While I was reaching in the car, multiple shots rang out. I immediately ran to shield her from any bullets. All I could pay attention to was the look in her eyes. She was balling like a baby to be honest. Her small, tired eyes never looked so red. This wasn't my first shoot out, so I already knew what to expect. I reached for my knock in my waistband and started throwing shots back while making sure she ain't get hit. My mans held it down for me so that I could get her inside a building and shit. "Carlie you're okay. Just calm down my heart," I said. She wasn't even able to make out a full sentence because she was so scared. I placed her blunts in her hand and reassured her I'd be back. Once I stepped foot out the building though, I knew I wouldn't make it to see Carlie again. All my mans laid dead out on the floor. The opps were nowhere to be found. Until, I took my final breath. ———————————————————————————
