I thought I'd put a bit of effort in today. Still not ready to go all in. What do you think? Should I just let myself become the fatty of my dreams? All about the rice and beans today. Woke up, made myself a giant quesadilla filled with rice, black beans, and ground chicken. SO much cheese. Wolfed it down then napped.
When I woke up, I did the same thing. I'm usually active, working out 3-4 times a week, but I went on vacation to the beach and I didn't work out at all, definitely getting a tiny bit soft, but no weight gain, just redistribution. Everything still fits.
I haven't worked out at all for almost a month, I can't believe it! What should I have for dinner?
