Wow.
Well the description was so captivating and strong that it drew it in immediately. The story is beautifully written; and isn't too quickly or too slowly paced. She's a very talented author.
It's a "bad boy romance" but it's not clichéd at all and it goes very deeply into the characters' lives. I think it's actually much more than this type of romance because you get to know the characters and their struggles; what makes them click as well as their sorrows.
It isn't a: 'she's the nerd and he's the popular jock who somehow meet and fall in love,' it's a real relationship and as you progress into the story you get to see the flaws in both characters and how they move on from those.
If you're into the real life sort of romances - the ones that aren't perfect and require effort from both parties to make it work, then this is for you.
