she looked at you from away, her golden yellow eyes locked with yours
for some reason she couldn't stop looking at you.

was she in love with you? you didn't know for sure but you kept doing you're job, you worked at Crust Bucket handing octoling's and inkling's food or drinks

feye would always come around you and mostly asking you and how your day was. you would say it was good but Frye with her bight and happy personality she would ask you more stuff about you or how long you been in splatsville.

you would say over a few months, but where you would talk to her she would get distracted (I wonder why?)

when you looked away from Frye to pay attention to sea-cucumber phone to message one of you're friend's you heard Frye's grown in annoyance crossing her arms that you wasn't looking at her

when she tried to walk towards you shiver grabbed her up pulling her to the side.

I don't have a crush! I'm not in love or anything?! Frye yelled getting the attention of you a few other inkling's and octoling's she didn't even let shiver finish her sentence, shiver rolled her red eyes putting a hand on her hips looking at Frye who refused to be honest

when Frye saw that you were looking at her she blushed running away. shiver and big man watched and then looking at each other with an unsurprise look

the both of them knew Frye liked you and it was so obvious, even her lies weren't good enough to believe

what was that about, why did frye run off? and you finally said walking up to shiver and big man

uh I don't know ay ay? big man said looking at you jokingly

yeah why don't you find out yourself shiver replied giggling, you sighed walking away wanting to find Frye to see what was going on.

you looked around to not see Frye, you though this was a game getting pretty annoyed. that's when you felt Frye behind you her arms were around you

you smiled knowing I was her, she would do this most of the time so you was ok with it, she let herself go away from your back walking over to see you smiling.

Frye! there you are, I've been looking for you. we're you hiding from me? hehe you said with a chuckle

Frye smiled at you seeing that she made you smile. she liked seeing you smile and being happy. Frye just liked you being you and nothing else

maybeee! Frye said replying to you're question with a small blush on her face.

so why did you run away when shiver was talking to you? did she upset you or something you said looking down at her, Frye thought about what to say , she honestly thought you knew what shiver was talking about but luckily you didn't

she then had an idea she could lie to you, she wouldn't want you to find out the truth so That's what she did.

shiver was talking about someone they thought I liked, but I told them I didn't like yo- I mean someone else yeah!? Frye said backing away from you holding in her blush

Even her lies wasn't working she wanted to run but she didn't want you to think she was some type of coward, she took a deep breath in and out a few times before taking

w-will you hang out with me tomorrow? I would like to spend time with you Frye said trying her hardest to look at you in the eyes. you smiled at her putting you're hands in you're pocket

you said yes making the yellow haired inkling jump up and down, little did you know she was had a big secret.
