This book has 300 reads 😩🙌🏽 YASSS 💖 thank you! If you don't know I have two more books. Model Behavior and now Project Prom Queen 😂 hopefully you read them.

I wake up to a headache. My throat burns and I feel like I'm dying. My instincts tell me to move, but I'm quickly stopped by the ties on my hands and the rope covering me completely. I look around as I start shifting in the white chair I am forced to sit on. The room I am in is no larger in my room back at my old home, the only difference was that there are huge mirrors covering each of the four walls perfectly, and that my reflection is everywhere haunting me. I look at myself. They've changed my clothes from head to toe, they've made me look like a dove in a simple white t-shirt and white pants with white socks. My hair was tied into a knot.
As I was looking at myself, I notice a light flicker to the left of me. I struggle to turn around to see cameras. Typical.
How do I get out of here? This was obviously Kacey's work. She knew what I was thinking. She knew every step that I would take. I breathe. Even if I had a weapon, they already would've took it along with my clothes. I'm defenseless. I'm so stupid. So so so so stupid.
I hear the glass door open to see Carmen walk in through my facing mirror with two men. She walks around and finally stops. She's wearing her usual black, her eyes are swollen and she looks tired. I swallow hard and think about Liam. He left her for me and he died. She looks at me sharply.
"You are here for Kacey." She tells me. "I don't want to here about..." She breathes.
".....Adam. Kacey has to speak with you and that is all." She untied ties the rope and finally unties the knot ruining my wrists. I stand up and Carmen motions me to follow her, we both leave the room, leaving the two men.
~~~~~
We walk down the corridors quietly. Thankfully, we haven't passed the cafeteria yet. I couldn't bear to see Tate and Raven. When we cross it, I walk faster towards Kacey's office and knock on it myself.
"I didn't ask you to knock." Carmen says harshly. I shrug and Kacey opens the door, she smiles when she sees me. I want to rip her to pieces.
"Nice to see you, Mara." She says to me while nodding to Carmen. Carmen leaves and heads towards the cafeteria.
Kacey opens the door wider and revels Mia sitting at a small table filled with tea cups and saucers. I scream Mia's name. "No need for that, Mara. Would you like some tea, dear?"
