I woke up this morning having the urge to reach for Von then remember what happened yesterday
I shake my head before grabbing my phone seeing missed calls from my manager,lawyer/family friend ,and Von

I called my lawyer back first

"Hello" My lawyer answers

"Hey Mrs.James I'm sorry I missed your call is there a problem" I ask getting up

"I'm afraid there is..you're being sued and having charges pressed against you for assault and battery of a pregnant woman" She says making my jaw drop

"What" I slightly yell feeling my heart beat faster and faster

"Yes ma'am sued for $20,000" she says making me rub my head before walking into the bathroom

"I can't beat this there're gonna think I'm some crazy,bitter,sour apple bitch" I say as my eyes start to water

"It's going to be alright I'm going to be by your side every step of the way" she says

"What about my business I don't wanna miss the success of it over a lie but can't I put it on hold either...what am I gonna do" I say as a few tears drop and my voice cracks

"We have had quite a few call from a..Mr.Dayvon Bennett he's worried give him a call and call me back and I'll have an update for you" she says

"Okay Thank you" I say wiping my eyes starting a shower and brushing my teeth waiting for the water to get hot

When I get out of the shower I dry and lotion my body then sit on my bed on my towel calling Von

"Hello" he answers on the first ring

"Why am I being sued my your baby momma" I ask

"Not my baby momma..I'm so sorry Jay it's my fault I don't even know how to make it up to you anymore" he says

"No it's not your fault" I say shaking my head laying back

"It is I should've been stopped fucking wit ha ass none of this would be happening..got you stressed and shit Ian fa all that" he says making me smile a little

"It's okay Von I know I just want the situation to be over already" I say sighing

"I can make it happen say the word and I'm on that" he says

"No no don't do nothing to nobody just chill" I say laughing

"I'm saying tho I'll take it there she playing with you" he says

"I know that's why I'm saying chill" I say shaking my head

"Whatever I'm coming over there" he says hanging up before I can say anything

I got up and put my outfit for today on and cleaned up while catching up with India and Destiny over the phone telling them about the situation and laughing with them until I heard hard knocks at the door

"Who is it" I ask walking towards the door

"Open the doe"Von says making me laugh

I open the door looking up at him

"What took you so long" i ask looking him up and down

"I got you some flowers that's what" he say's handing them to me

I take them to the kitchen and turn to look at him
