"Got you- No! That's not possible." I stared down at the map that had a mixture of DNA and my own blood on it. I had never tried to just use saliva before- so it might not be working right. But I could have sworn I had the vampire. The map was saying the vampire was in four different places at once. Jeremy had left to go to work. Completely unwilling, of course.
"Terrible when the spell doesn't work, isn't it?" I snapped around to find a woman. Brown eyes meeting mine. Her hands held up in defense as if predicting my paranoia. "Easy there, Bonnie right? I'm not here to hurt you."

"You say as you break into my home. How did you even get in here? I didn't invite you in." My thoughts flooding out of my mouth. It was true. I hadn't and if she was the vampire from earlier.
"If I was here to hurt you then I would have already." She muttered with a sigh. "I'm Eve. I'm also known as the Source of all Supernatural. I'm automatically invited into your home since you've known me since you were born."
"I don't know you. I've never heard of you. My power is connected to the-"
"Ancestors. Yeah yeah. What a pile of bullshit." She huffed. "Feel out, Bonnie. You can feel my power, can't you? How it's familiar." I felt out- not that I needed too. Eve's power was leaking out of her freely. It felt warm and welcoming. Like home...like Grams. "You feel it, don't you?"
"Why do I feel Grams in your magic?" I asked, my voice coming out full of emotion.
"Because she had access to my magic as well. Ancestors is what witches said as an explanation. A way to see where their magic came from... My story was hidden from all. But I am the source of not only your power but so many others." She held her hand out to me. "I promise, I wouldn't hurt you. I don't hurt supernaturals. Well...as long as theres no threat at least."
"You're a vampire though." Eve let out a sigh, lowering her hand.
"I am. I'm also a werewolf." Her brown honey eyes flashing red as if to make a point before relaxing back to the honey. "But I'm still a witch." Her hand lifted back up as a flame danced between her fingers. She did it without calling the magic out. Without even trying. It made me a bit jealous on how easy it was for her.
"A Tribrid." I muttered. Eve nodded, accepting my title for her. "Klaus is proof enough that power isn't good." I told her.
"Klaus is an over grown dog that needs to be put in a cage every once in a while." Eve growled. A knock on the door made us both turn to it. "What did you do? Call the police?" I rolled my eyes at her as I moved towards the door. My eyes on the woman as I did. "I already told you if I had planned to hurt you I would have already. Just answer the door."
I sighed, pulling the door open, my eyes widening a bit as Damon Salvatore stood there.
"What the hell are you doing here?" I questioned as I felt Eve move towards us cautiously. Damon's wide blue eyes looked past me, probably at Eve.
"I heard you were having our new tourist over, thought I'd swing by and introduce myself." Eve stepped next to me.
"Ahh one of the Salvatore's- aren't you the man whore one? Sleeping with innocent women you compelled?" She questioned. I don't care if she is this powerful being, she just hit Damon Salvatore where it hurts and I was loving the look on his face.
"I don't know what you're talking about. I'm the sexy one of the brothers." Damon offered her a smirk, recovering from the hit. But Eve wasn't letting it go.
"You know, we could have been such brilliant friends...." She told him with pity in her voice. Damon's smirk tugged higher at her sentence. "But I don't associate with Rapists." She finished. I had to suck my lips into my mouth to keep the laugh in. Damon's face dropping.
"I'm not a rapist. Everyone I've been with has been willing. Compelled or not. I only compel for blood." Damon told her. His jaw clenched in annoyance. "Bonbon, invite me in won't you? I could visit for a bit." I scoffed at him, my eyes narrowing in on the blue eyed vampire.
"I still would never invite you in." I told him. Damon growled at me before looking to Eve.
"You would invite a complete stranger before inviting me?"
"Actually, Bonnie never invited me in. I unlike you, am not a normal overgrown mosquito." Damon growled before glaring at Eve and me and left. "He'll be back. Just like most pests." She told me causing a small laugh to escape. She wasn't wrong. "Shall we have a seat then? So I can explain my story to you?"
