Chapter 2: The Princess' Date

Y/N PoV

We were back home after Blanc's small fight, i was sitting on the couch while Blanc sat at my side and leaned her head on my shoulder, drained by her fight

Y/N:"Hey Blanc..." It was my chance to ask her what was going on, she was too tired to escape if she wanted to

Blanc:"You'll ask of Princess right?"

Y/N:"Princess?.."

Blanc nodded, reaching for her book as she opened it in a certain page

Blanc:"Right here..." She pointed at a sentence among the words

Said sentence said something about me dying to a Spatial Quake, caused by what the book said is called a Spirit...who's name was, indeed, Princess

Y/N:"So that girl is called Princess..."

Blanc:"Not really, that's her Spirit codename" She closed the book and shuffled more on me

Y/N:"Spirit codename...what does that mean..."

Blanc:"It's a name that is given to Spirits, Princess has her own and it was given because of her throne...who gave it to her is unknown, the book ends right when you die and Princess appears after all"

I couldn't believe the book actually said i died to Princess...by a Spatial Quake more specifically, though she seems to have the skill to summon Spatial Quakes

Y/N: That worried look...her doubt...she had human emotions, she mustn't be a bad being

Turning to Blanc comfy on her spot, i knew telling her that could ruin her mood and get us into an argument, so instead i asked something else

Y/N:"Are there any more Spirits?" Blanc shook her head

Blanc:"Not that i'm aware, since the book cut off there i'm doubtful there will be others"

I heard her yawn the next second, signaling her sleepiness...could be for her battle, she seemed to be using too much strength during it after all

Y/N:"You can go to bed, i'll finish some stuff around"

Blanc:"Okay...see you tomorrow..." Blanc got up and walked off towards her room, closing the door behind her the moment she entered

Meanwhile i remained there thinking, Blanc said this was the only Spirit around, but what if she's a good person...what if Princess isn't mean and causes the Spatial Quakes accidentally? Next time i find her i hope i can do something to help...

Timeskip

Now it being morning, me and Blanc were walking towards Nia's apartment in petition of the manga creator

Blanc:"You're not gonna stay?" Asked Blanc with curiosity, to which i shook my head

Y/N:"I'll go buy you clothes, if you'll stay you need to have clean clothes that fit you"

She nodded in understanding, not asking further

Y/N: And hopefully find that Princess girl again...

We arrived to Nia's apartment not so long after, where she was coincidentally at the main entrance waiting for us. Blanc waved at Nia to which she responded by doing the same

Nia:"Hi you two! I assumed you'd come so i waited for you here"

Y/N:"Then let me ask you something, could you teach Blanc how to draw? Maybe she could be a fine addition to our team"
