"hey guys im gonna get going its pretty late" robin said to us
"ok we can walk you home" i said to robin
"ok let me get my shoes on" robin said to me
you all start walking to robins house and you feel finney grab your hand
"sorry y/n" finney said as he let go of my hand
"its ok finney dont be sorry" i said to him as i grabbed his hand
you all got to robins house
"bye robin!" finney and i both said
"bye!! ill see you at school on monday!" robin said to us
you and finney held hands on the way home
"hey y/n do you want to spend the night tonight? my dads out of town and wont be back for a couple days" finney said to me
"id love to spend the night finney" i said to him with a smile
you both got back to finneys house
"hey gwen, y/n is spending the night tonight" finney said
"ok!" gwen said back to him
finney and i both walked to his room and layed on his bed
"im pretty tired i think im gonna go to sleep" i said to finney
"ok im pretty tired to so i might go to bed also, let me grab you a blanket" finney said to me
finney fell asleep at the same time you fell asleep
*in the morning*
you woke up before finney and felt his arms around your waist and you turned around to face him
"goodmorning y/n im sorry again" finney said to me
"its ok finney! i actually have something to talk to you about" i said to finney
"whats up? you can tell me anything" finney said with a smile
you was nervous to tell him you liked him and you really didnt want to ruin your friendship
"so you know the dance on friday?" i said to him
"yea" finney said confused
"so ive liked you for a long time, since 4th grade to be exact and i was wondering if you wanted to be my boyfriend, you dont have to i dont want to ruin our friendship or anything i just wanted to get it out" i said to finney
"y/n, ive liked you for a really long time, and i would love to be your boyfriend" finney said and hugged me
the boy youve had a crush on for 4 years is now dating you, you are so happy
"lets go tell gwen" finney said
"ok" i said
we both walk to gwens room and see her up already
"hey gwen we need to tell you something" finney said to her
"whats up?" gwen said
"were dating" finney said to her
"YAYYYYYYYY" gwen screams and hugs both of us
"ive been waiting for this day for so long" gwen said to us
you and finney walk to the living room and turn on the tv
when suddenly you guys hear a knock on the door
"hm i didnt invite anyone over but ill go see who it is" finney stands up and goes to open the door
"dad? i thought you were out for like 3 more days" you heard finney say
"i came home early" finneys dad said
"oh okay also i have my friend over if thats ok" finney said
"its fine" his dad said but didnt really seem happy about it
finney comes back to the living room and sits next to me on the couch
"thats weird, i didnt think he was coming back yet but ok" finney says with a laugh
i lay my head on finneys shoulder while we watch tv together for a little bit
*about an hour later*
gwen comes into the living room and sees you and finney cuddling on the couch
"aww how cute" gwen says
you and finney both smile at eachother
