Part 9 Amusement Park

Grandpa Saiki recommended going to the amusement park and it was where Mama Saiki used to go when she was younger.

|| Inside the car ||

"I didn't know there was an amusement park here" Mr. Saiki said as he steers the steering wheel

"Sure is nice to go on one. Haven't been to one since I was 4 so I don't remember much. My parents are always away so I always stay with Yuta's mom and we go to hot springs" Y/N said

"Hot springs are nice too, but it's nice to go to places like this" Mr.Saiki replied

"This is ridiculous! Why do I need to go to an amusement park." Grandpa Saiki grunted.

"It will be fun honey" Said Grandma Saiki but her husband just shrugged it off

"Who even recommended it?" He asked looking out the window... although he is fully aware that he was the one who did.

"Didn't you? Grandpa Saiki?" Y/N asked but he just grunted once again and looked away, although the corner of his lips curled. Kids don't like hot springs. You have to bring them somewhere fun. I can watch my grandson have fun with his girlfriend.

[She is not my girlfriend and how old do you think we are? Yare Yare] Saiki sighed

A few more moments later, they finally arrived the amusement park

"Welcome to.... the end of the world amusement park?" Y/n read the sign that was surrounded with crows.

"Did I take the wrong road?" Kuniharu asked wondering why the place looks nearly abandoned

"No this is it" Kurumi replied

"Oh really?" Mr. Saiki said and everyone started leaving the car after it was parked.

"Oh... wow...Very..... vintage" Y/n started walking towards the entrance with Saiki following behind.

"Saiki... your grandpa has.... interesting taste"

"Don't even ask"

"This place hasn't changed at all. The rotten sign, the Ferris wheel that's always broken, the roller coaster pole that looks like it's about to break. It's still the same as 20 years ago" She claps her hand

"I wonder how your mom survived this" Y/n told the psychic

"Mother's are amazing" He then answered the girl's thoughts

"Well the roller coaster seems to be working alright- ow!" Mr. Saiki stopped as he felt something fall on his head. After seeing it was a loose screw from the roller coaster, his heart dropped. "Let's go back" He said after

"Good call" Said Y/N

"Good idea." Said Saiki. As the three was about to head back, Grandma and Grandpa started walking closer waving something on their hand.

"I bought the tickets" Grandpa Saiki came with the ticket

"Kusuo and Y/N, you ride whatever you want" Said grandma Kumi who followed behind grandpa Saiki

"Why don't we try this roller coaster first" Mama Saiki suggested as she pointed at it.

After signing a suspicious paper, the four went up to the roller coaster. Ms. Saiki and Y/N sit next to each other, while Saiki is with his father.

"Kusuo if anything happens, save your mom then Y/N first" Mr. Saiki told his son. As soon as they fastened their restraints, the cart slowly started to go up to the top before the big drop.
