Messy eating

Chap 1

1 of the worst things about raising a kid: Helping them to eat without making a mess. And DJ was having trouble trying to get Tommy to stop making a mess with his food.

'No Tommy, we eat with a fork or spoon, not our hands. It's less messy that way.'

'Yum yum!' Tommy babbled as he proceeded to put more noodles in his mouth with his hands.

'Yes, it's yummy. But you also know what else is yummy? Not making a mess!'

'Yum yum!'

'Aw man. This'll take forever.' She groaned. Getting her other 2 kids to eat with a fork or spoon was easy, but this kid was being impossible!

'Step aside Mom, let me feed him.' Jackson offered.

DJ let him try to get Tommy to eat less messy like, and oddly enough, the next day, he ate with a fork!

'Wha? How did you do it? What is your secret?!' DJ asked, stunned.

'I said some things only us guys understand.' Jackson replied.
