rain is a wonderful thing
it takes a dull day,
and turns it into something beautiful
it turns the dull scent of the outdoors,
into something comforting and familiar
some people may say rain is simply annoying,
but i say it is a wonderful thing
tears are like the rain
your face is the sky,
painted with rain
rain runs down,
and so do tears
tears take dull emotions,
and turns them into something almost cosmic
raindrops are the tears of the universe,
begging to be saved
