You get yourself ready for the day, You put on a casual outfit, Jeans and a oversized shirt and you walk downstairs.

"Good morning honey" Your dad says.

You look at him, He's off work today.

"Hey, Dad!" You hug him.

He smiles and hugs back.

"Your mom has been telling me about the fun you've been having, I'm so glad you're enjoying it here" You dad says making you smile.

"Yeah my friends.. They're great but there's this one boy..." You say as you sit down in front of him.

"What about him?" Your dad asks.

"Well he..He always makes fun of me, He always says rude things to or about me and last night it just got me mad and I just..All the words I've wanted to say just flew out of my mouth"

Your dad sighs softly.

"Hey well if he really deserved it then don't be upset, You did what you had too"

You look up at your dad.

"Then why do I feel so bad?"

"I don't know but it'll all come to you at sometime"

"Maybe it's because you like him" Your mother says as she walks into the kitchen.

"No, No never! No I don't like him" You deny it.

Your mom and dad look at each other and smirk.

"You sure? You're getting a little flustered love" Your mom says.

"Shut up mom!" You say hiding your face.

They laugh and then you hear the phone ringing.

"I'll get it"

You get up and walk over to the phone, You put the phone to your ear.

"Hey Y/n" You hear Gwen's voice.

"Hey Gwen! What's happening?" You ask.

"I was just wondering if you could come over today?" She asks.

"Uh yeah I'll be there in a bit" You say with a smile.

"Ok see you when you get here" She says.

"Call us when you're on your way!" Finney says In the background.

"I will"

"Bye Y/n"

"Bye" You hang up.

"Who was it?" Your mom asks.

"Oh it's my best friend Finney's younger sister Gwen, She wants me to go over to their house" You say.

"Again?" Your mom asks.

"Yes, Finney told me she loves me" You say with a small smile.

"Awh, How old is she?" Your mom asks.

"She's 12" You say.

Your mom nods with a smile.

"Are you hungry" She asks.

"No, No I'm fine"

"Are you sure? You never deny food"

"Yeah.. I'm just not hungry right now"

When you worry and have anxiety, You don't feel like eating.

"Oh ok, Well if you get hungry just get something to eat" She says.

"Ok" You say as you walk out of the kitchen.
