Hermione's POV: I miss Ron. Not a day goes by that I don't worry about him. What if

He is dead? I can't stand the thought. I go back inside and Harry starts to take a

walk around. I tell him to be careful since he is wearing the locket around his

neck. I'm starting to get gigantic and the baby is making me uncomfortable. I

lose track of the days out here, but I think I may have about a month and half

left of my pregnancy.

Harry's POV: I went out for a walk while Hermione slept in the tent. Then out of

the corner of my eye over the frozen lake I saw a gleaming light. It was deer

patronus. I decided to take a close look. I followed it where it landed on the ice.

Glazed under the ice I saw it. I saw the sword of Gryffindor. I quickly broke the

ice with my wand and jumped in. It was freezing, but down I swam. Then out of now

where the locket grasped onto my neck, and I started to choke. It was suffocating

me. I tried to swim back up to the surface, but it had glazed back over. I panicked

and yelled. Then I heard footsteps. I became unconscious.

Ron's POV: Under the lake I heard screaming. I ran and broke the ice. I grabbed the

sword and quickly pulled Harry out of the freezing water and back to the surface. I

laid him against a rock. And he became conscious again.

"Are you mental?!?!", I said to Harry.

"Did you cast the patronus,'' Harry asked.

"No. I thought you did...", I said, confused.

"No mine is a stag not a deer.", Harry said.

Harry placed the locket on the rock.

"Now destroy it, Ron.", Harry said.

"I can't Harry. It affects me more than it affects you and Hermione...", I said.

"All the more reason...", Harry said.

I couldn't do it. I couldn't...

"I can't...", I said nervously.

"Then why did you come back?", Harry said.

He was right. Why did I come back? I came back because I love Hermione and I want

to destroy these horcruxes, so my child can live in a world free of Voldemort.

"Right. I can do this", I said.

I counted to three. One Two. Three... Harry spoke parseltongue and then the locket

burst open. Black smoke filled the air everywhere. And a voice spoke. Voldemort's

a voice spoke to me.

"I have seen your heart. I have seen your dreams, Ronald Weasley. I have seen your

fears."

Least loved by your mother who wanted a daughter. Your mother loved Harry like he

was the son she never had. Your own fiancé prefers your best friend over you. He

is the real father of the child she carries. You aren't. Once the child is born, she

will leave for Harry. The baby's true father.

"Ron, anything it says isn't true! Destroy it, Ron!!!", Harry yelled.

The image of Ron and Hermione night those many months ago came up with the black

smoke. It enraged me, so I smashed the locket as hard as I could and all the smoke

disappeared. Hermione loved me, not Harry.
