EIJI SAWAKITA

Eiji is also part of the possibly extra 2 stories of My Slamdunk series. He already has a story and nakaplano na lahat. Now I want to share with you what I have in my imagination about him.

If you're a fan but only watched Slam Dunk in anime and never try to read manga until the end. I must say you actually missed out something big about the story of the series. The anime series only last in the episode when we just only see the Shohoku Team in the train station, all set up to go and ready to play in the inter high games and that's all. That's why we didn't able to see Shohoku played in inter high competition in anime.

So to those who only watched it in anime, I'm sure your answer for the question to whom is the best player and most skilled character in the series might be Kaede Rukawa ,Akira Sendoh, Shinichi Maki or Hanamichi Sakuragi But If you ever read the Slam Dunk manga series until the very last and ending chapter, there is one guy that you will surely put first in that list of whom is the best! His name is Eiji Sawakita In the series he is considered Japan's No.1 High School Player and also the ace of the depending champion and the strongest team in inter high, Team Sannoh.

His a great all around player and his ability in offense and defense are insane. It was even rumored in the series that no one in high school or college, can beat Eiji Sawakita in a one on one game. In the match against the Shohoku, Rukawa challenges him in many one on one situation in the game but when Eiji Sawakita played seriously he just easily proved that he is the better player and destroyed or defeated Kaede Rukawa in terms of one on one game by stopping Rukawa from scoring and by stealing and blocking the ball from him, in short he just made Rukawa look stupid by his insane defense. Eiji possess such an extraordinary speed, athleticism and stamina that he can easily get through over Rukawa and even Akagi's tight defense. He always attack the basket and so much skilled in a fast break situation. He's also very clutch shooter. It was also mention in the series that Akira Sendoh and Eiji played each other in junior high and mention to Rukawa that Eiji is the guy that he can't beat in his junior high years. Despite the great skills that he possessed there is also one big weakness that this guy has. And that was his selfishness in the game. Eiji Sawakita is the one of the most competitive guy in the series. Like Rukawa, Eiji also never rely on his team mate for him to win the game. Eventually his team lost to Shohoku on that match which really made a huge upset in inter high.

"Doctor Anzai" I turned to the one who called my name, I saw a nurse with a girl, I immediately approached her.

"What's the problem?" I asked the nurse and looked at the girl with a handkerchief over her mouth.

"This child's cough is bad, doc. He said that the child's doctor asked you to take a look at her. He said that her guardian only went to the comfort room."

"Okay.." I answered the nurse briefly and looked at the girl.

"Come on baby Doc will check on you" I said softly and held her hand I slowly took her to my office and made her sit down to examine and interview her so I could know how bad her cough was.

"Next time baby don't drink too many cold drinks okay? That's bad for your health especially when you're still a baby. Follow what the doc says huh?" I said softly here, she nodded at me and kept looking at me.

I just stood there holding the prescription for her. I am waiting for the guardian to give it so that he/she knows the medicine to buy and instructions for this child. just then my office door opened. I stood up well. I blinked when I saw who entered my office.
