It was a sunny day, a few weeks had passed and overall I was feeling a lot better. I had stopped worrying about Izuku and just continued on with life.

Me and Eji have been hanging out a lot more frequently. Today we were supposed to study at my house,

School was dreary, per usual. It seems I wasn't the only one Izuku blocked, he blocked everyone who's number he had.

That doesn't make me feel any better about it. But oh well.

I was walking through the hall, trying to get to lunch as quickly as possible because I'm famished. But I was stopped by a hand on my shoulder,

"Dammit. What the hell do you want?" I asked as I turned around to see who had the audacity to put their grubby hands on me. "Woah! Calm down, Kat. It's just me." Eji laughed as he let go and walked beside me.

I sighed, "I thought you might've been that monoma freak." I rolled my eyes,

Eji combed his hair back with his fingers. He's been wearing it down a lot more recently, it's a good look on him.

"Sorry!" He apologized with a smile. I shrugged, "You're fine."

He wrapped his arm around my shoulder. "So! About studying, I was wondering if maybe we could go to...I don't know a cafe and study?" He asked.

"Yeah, I don't mind." I replied. My stomach was practically roaring with hunger so I sped up my walking pace.

-- After school.

Where the hell is this place?! I've been walking all over downtown for like twenty minutes! Why did he have to pick such an oddly located cafe I've never heard of! God..

Finally after another ten minutes of searching I found it and headed inside. I seen Eji already sitting down and drinking what I assumed to be his favorite kind of coffee.

His notebook out and opened as he scribbled in little notes from a textbook.

I think he noticed me entering the place because he looked up and smiled.

I sat down in front of him, the other side of the booth. "Hey," he greeted.

"Hey. Um, you got started without me." I opened my notebook, and took out my textbook -- opening that to page 164.

I grabbed my pen from my pocket and started reading.

"Sorry, you just..took so long so," he chuckled nervously. I shrugged,

"It's okay." I mumbled in reply as I wrote down a note. I ordered a coffee and me and Eji studied for what felt like an hour or two but was much longer.

I had filled up four pages with various notes and the sun was setting.

We paid and left, Eji insisted in walking me home.

Although it seemed nobody was out. It was just us, which was weird..

We continued walking, I stopped as I thought I seen a cat run into an alleyway. Which I seen right, because the cat scampered down it and hid behind a old, rusted trashcan. "Hey! Eji look."

I began walking down the alleyway to where the cat was hidden.

"Look at what?" Eji asked from behind me. "This cat-"

Before I could finish I felt a blunt hit to the side of my head. And then everything went blurry, I was still barely conscious,

"You should have cancelled the study date." I felt the hot breath of a familiar voice whisper.

And that was it. I was out of it.

(A/N: This was a short chapter so my apologies. Anyways, have a good day/night.)

Fun fact:
The traitor isn't Kirishima.
