This scene could be part of Chapter "As The Days Go By", as one of the things that happened during the first month the Dalmatians lived together.
However, other things came to mind, and that was cut.
And just to be clear, I don't know if there is an actual dog show at the time described, so I'm not referring to any actual events.

DALLAS
It was a Sunday night, and with the exception of Dylan and Dolly, all the pups were gathered in the living room with Delilah.
The matriarch was sitting on the sofa facing the television, along with Da Vinci and Triple D, while the others were sitting on the carpet, with the exception of Dizzy and Dee Dee, who were lying side by side and sharing a large bucket of popcorn, and Dante, who was standing against the wall, playing on his Nintendo. Unfortunately, Doug was on the night shift today, so he would be left out of this family moment.
Soon Dylan and Dolly came out of the kitchen, handing out a couple of buckets of popcorn to be shared between two or three people, themselves sharing one as they sat next to each other in front of the sofa, and they also left a cooler with a few cans of soda and juice boxes on the table next to the sofa.
The Triple D shared a bucket of popcorn while Delilah and Da Vinci shared another, the five of them looking at the television with high excitement.
On television, the final of a regional dog show in California was being broadcast, in which the champion would be the last to qualify for the grand competition to choose the best young show dog in America.
Watching this qualifier and the big national competition was a tradition that started when Delilah was a little puppy and watched with her mother. Although Delilah's mother pursued a career as an actress, both of Delilah's grandmothers were champions, with her maternal grandmother being a champion and years later a judge in that same competition. Delilah's mother watched it in person when she was still in America, she watched it on television after going to England, then she watched it with Delilah, and Delilah continued the tradition with her daughters.
As the family's official diva, Dallas watched closely, wondering what it would be like to compete.
"I just can't wait! Only three more years and I'll be old enough to compete!
Dallas loved dog shows, even more so knowing that her late grandmother was an actress who came from a family of show dogs, not to mention her great-grandmother, Perdita, who was a champion on the British and European circuits. The pup was sure she could be the next champion in the family, and make her mother proud.
"Wow, Mr.Melling is still one of the judges?" Dolly exclaimed, attracting everyone's attention. "I mean, he must be almost 100 years old by now. Shouldn't there be a maximum age to be a judge?"
Dallas was quite intrigued, raising an eyebrow.
Victor Melling is one of the most important dog show judges in the world, and due to his advanced age, for the last fifteen years he has judged only in competitions in California, where he lives.
And as much as Dolly grew up in California, she didn't seem like the kind of girl who was interested in dog shows.
Deja Vu quickly responded to Dolly's comment, shrugging and eating some popcorn.
