An actual living person tends to have multiple personalities. But, when doing fanfics the authors tend to be inspired by the dominant personality the member shows in real life/in public.
But then again some authors are crackheads that I don't know where they get the inspiration from.
So here are the dominant description of the characters given to each blackpink member:

The oldest (because duuhhh) The mother of the group (mother figure)
Supportive (to the point that she's always the hype girl of the main character, the second lead, or not the most powerful, and would probably be the person who would sacrifice her own happiness for the person she loves) - sometimes I get miffed by this because Jisoo is my bias but as long as the author gives justice to her character, then it's fine.
Kim Jennie

The second oldest (Again.. duuh) The strict Unnie (But lovable dongsaeng) Cold (A lot of fanfics gave her this characteristic, sometimes she will be described as the rich, hard to approach girl, high fashioned even though the character she is portraying is a poor person) though I feel that Jennie is a nice person in real life, I think the reason why she is always given this kind of description is simply because it's convenient, with the look she has and those eyes!

The third oldest (If that's not enough, make her be Lisa's twin) The middle child (I don't want to say it but..you know what's cliche about being a middle child?.. yuh. That's it 🥺) Innocent (Yes, the youngest is not the most innocent among them, she tends to be the first to hesitate to do something)

The Maknae (The youngest) The overly protected baby (I mean she's the youngest of the four soooo) Full of energy (Her character would be super hyper that she would be playing a prank on anyone, she would probably be the one to first join the adventure/journey/shopping trip. Her character would be game for anything)
