Villain or not: I would say she is a royal but when her mother is known she becomes a villain.
Looks: Cassandra has a mix of light and dark blonde hair, she is normally seen in a gold and white knee length dress with black tights. But in her villian look she wears black leather pants, a dark blue top along with a gold jacket and has a flower pin that holds up her hair.
