Alright, so we know Tommy is the 'weakest' in the Dream smp lore but honestly, He's just manipulating the entire server.
Like, Tommy Manipulated everyone. He isn't like Dream tho, Dream doesn't care, he just picks someone and tries to manipulate them. But Tommy cares, even if he doesn't want to.
