Princess and the Frog has been one of my favorite movies since I first watched it. I've never cried at a movie but this one...this one will bring me to tears every time. The music, the romance, and the lovable characters is what really makes this movie great. Princess Tiana and Prince Naveen are one of the best Disney couples in my opinion. But the one couple in this movie that is really special to me and maybe some other people is Ray and Evangeline. This passion that he has for her is so strong you can feel it through the screen. No one knows if Evangeline is just a star or someone who Ray has been with that was once alive but that doesn't matter to him all he sees is his love. And when he dies he becomes a star and they are able to be together. Their romance is truly unique and untouchable. Even with his friends not understanding he didn't back down from whom he loved he stayed and continued to look at her as if she was the most beautiful thing he's ever seen. His song "Me Belle Evangeline" is the best Disney love song I've heard in a long time. Me belle means my beautiful which truly shows that no matter what in his eyes Evangeline is perfect. Doesn't matter if this love is animated or not. The connection is there. While I may never feel this way about someone I hope I do because their passion and love has made me believe that once you find the right one love will never fade. -The Author
