Blair the Witch: (A/N: Before I get any comments explaining this, I know Blair is actually a cat who has enough magic to be mistaken for a Witch in Soul Eater, but here it's not the case, she actually is a Witch here.)

Biography: Blair is a Witch who has existed for a very long time.
She does not live in the mansion like the others but instead has her own home somewhere in the woods as well.
She likes to stop by for visits and her visits have only increased in frequency since you arrived.
She will try and get you to visit, but you aren't sure if you want to be alone with her.
Missi definitely does not want you to be alone with her.
Aside from that, the 2 of them had been friends for years ever since they discovered each other.
Apparently, Blair has existed since the days Witch trials were still a thing.
Luckily she managed to evade capture during those days thanks to her ability to transform into a cat.

Blair in her Cat form:
Back in the Witch trials, Blair didn't have her hat in her cat form, she only started wearing them in recent years cause a cat with a Witch hat would not fly back then.
Apparently, a mysterious sickness caused the entire town she lived in to die, she never got sick cause she actually took care of herself.
When they were all mostly dead, Blair just waltzed into their houses with them unable to do anything since they were coughing and wheezing in bed.
She took a lot of their belongings, mostly things she liked and brought them back to her house for decorations.
She even stopped by their doors, looked them in the eye and dared them to try and do something about it.
They couldn't even scream cause their lungs just wouldn't allow it.
They tried to hunt and kill her multiple times so she didn't feel a bit of guilt, not even for the children.
Once they were all dead and Blair had what she wanted she settled in her home and met Missi a while later.
Blair goes and picks up groceries for both her home and the Mansion since she can blend in with the humans the most, now she has you to help her.

Personality: Blair is a very..."forward" woman to say the least.
She is very shameless and lustful, especially towards you.
She'll do everything she can to make you blush including jumping on the dinner table completely naked.
There was also this one incident where you asked for milk and then she bared her breasts and made you suckle on her nipples...in front of the other girls.
Yeah, she's bold too.
She gets a kick out of teasing you and the other girls and loves flirting with them confirming she's bi.
She also has a habit of acting more like a cat than a person most of the time.
Such as sitting on your lap, getting distracted by lasers, her hatred of mice and her love for fish.
She'll also on some occasions only partially turn into a cat, giving her human form cat ears and a tail becoming a Neko girl.

Powers and Abilities: Despite the way she acts, Blair is a very powerful Witch with many spells at her disposal.
A lot of her spells are Halloween themed reflecting her love for the Holiday.
Her most common offensive spell involves launching a flaming pumpkin bomb from her hands.
She can use pumpkins in various ways, like using a giant pumpkin as a seat which she can levitate and use as transportation.
She says her broom was too uncomfortable.
She also has telekinesis, Elemental manipulation, short-range teleportations and much more.
Blair also has various mystical objects that do a wide variety of things such as a crystal ball to see the future, a bottomless bag which holds a lot of her objects and a magic mirror that reflects other forms of magic.
Blair is very mischievous and horny and that combined with her magic makes her dangerous for you.
