After talking to my mother about the soccer coach from Manaus she said that it was a good idea but to be careful because I was going alone to one on the most populated and dense cities in all of Brazil. She said that she had to stay here and that I would be living with my grandfather on my dad's side in Manaus. She told me that he was a nice man who owned a small shipping company shipped everything from soap to water to the miners looking for gold all along the Amazon.


A few days later the time came for me to go to Manaus and to see my grandfather whom I'd never met before and go live with him for who knows how long and to play for my first ever official soccer team.
