The streets of Gotham are quiet and citizens walk about the streets keeping to themselves. Music is suddenly heard. A huge parade float comes into view in the streets. Joker and his henchmen stand on a huge pink birthday cake parade float. It has false candles and at the top is Joker dancing. He stands in front of a throne surrounded by a couple of his men. Attached to the float is a giant jester parade balloon. It has a long red nose and floats about above the mafioso. The citizens were expecting them. They cheered since they all looked forward to the bits he promised.
Soon his men are throwing bits left and right as the people collect. Everyone along the streets is dancing and cheering. Behind Joker's float are a few smaller floats. They're all driven by his men. The parade didn't get far. The police surround them. Joker had no concern whatsoever.
"Here to celebrate?" He jokes.
While he spoke to the police his crew put on gas masks preparing for what's to come. He laughed, pulling out a red control with a bright red button. Pressing the button, releasing the gas from the air balloons. He placed a gas mask over his snout. The green gas consumed the area. People in the vicinity all uncontrollably laugh.
In the sky Batman is doing some work of his own. He is flying his batwing. Since Joker released multiple balloons filled with gas, Batman collects them all. The front of his batwing has an opening that acts like a crab claw. He pressed a button as soon as all the ropes to the balloons were collected This made the batwing clamp down on the ropes. He flies away with the balloons.
Joker is holding a long pistol. It was cartoonish looking but did the job. He was well prepared for tonight of course. He snipes at the batwing at the right time planning to have it crash towards the cops.
Batmane manages to crash in an unpopulated spot away from the cops. While the chaos ensued Joker gets away in the helicopter. It's green with his face printed on the side.
While Joker was making his getaway Batman, the Flash, and the Bad Guys was faced with fighting off various gang members. He was slightly injured from his crash landing but he pressed to fight on. They were surrounded by clown goons.
They fought them all off. Their moves were too predictable for the bat. As this happened, Joker was force dancing with Vicky.
"Ever danced with the devil in the pale moon's light?" Batman asked as he punched Joker into a bell. Joker then splat out chattering teeth and goes to punch Batman only to hurt his hands.
"You killed my parents." Batman said.
"What? What are you talking about?" Joker asked confused.
"I made you, you made me years ago." Batman said as he and Joker walk closer to an edge. Joker then pull glasses on.
"You wouldn't hit a guy with glasses, would you?" Joker said. Batman then punches him off. They look down as Joker then grabbed them and pulled them over the edge.
"Here, let me lend you a hand." Joker said as he lends Vicky a hand. She goes for it only to snap off as she falls but Batman catches her. Joker just laughs.
"Lend you a hand! Hahahaha!" Joker laughed as he dances. Piranha laughs a bit at the joke.
"That was funny! Cruel, but funny!" Piranha said hanging on. Shark tries hang on as Webs and Piranha hang on his back. Snake wraps himself on Wolf as they hold on tight.
Joker continues to dance around mocking them as he kicks bricks to knock them down. Flash was busy helping the cops rounding up Joker's goons. He then sees his friends in trouble and dashes off to them. A helicopter then flies towards them to pick up Joker.
"Well, it's time to retire!" Joker said as he grabs the rope ladder to escape. Batman then fired a bobo rope that wrapped around Joker's leg and a gargoyle statue.
They pull hard as the statue cracked off and was pulling Joker down. He tries to grip on tight but eventually falls to his death. As for the heroes, they managed to climb down to safety with Vicky.
Gordon and others then see Joker's dead body on the ground, still with his creepy grin with a laughing record playing in his pocket. It was finally over.
Batman wanted to be perceived as a hero so he sent a letter and a gift to the mayor. At the next press conference he made the announcement about Batman. It's first addressed that Batman is no longer a vigilante. To prove his point he did so by reading Batman's letter out loud to the press while also showing off the bat-signal gifted to the city. It was a modified klieg searchlight with a symbol of a bat attached to the light so that it projects a large bat emblem on the sky.

As the signal projects into the sky Batman stood on the building looking up at the symbol in the sky. His cape waved behind him as he looked over the streets of Gotham. Alongside him were Flash and the Bad Guys.
"Thank you for helping me." Batman said to them.
"Of course. Happy to have helped." Barry said.

"Now we just need to find a way home... if there is one?" Snake said. Suddenly a purple breach opens with Fishlegs coming through it.

"Guys! We found you!" Fishlegs said.
"Fishlegs?" Wolf said surprised.
"You guys have been so hard to find! Hurry, the portal won't stay open for long!" Fishlegs said.
"Thanks for everything." Shark said to Batman as they rush through the breach.
