"Aziraphale, that's enough jam for an army!" Crowley shook his head as Aziraphale somehow managed to fit another jar of jam into the picnic basket.

"Well, this is the first batch of jam I ever made and Eden is my best critic!" Aziraphale huffed as he shut the basket. "And you are one to talk, you have enough gifts in those bags for at least ten people!" Aziraphale pointed to the cluster of shopping bags waiting by the front door.

"I do not!" Crowley protested. "I only got the kids a few little things…..and I thought I was your best critic too…." Crowley loved Aziraphale's jam and thought it was the best in the entire world.

"Oh yes of course you are." Aziraphale reassured quickly. "And I suppose we're both guilty of spoiling our Eden and her ducklings….especially ever since the baby arrived."

"Yeah." Crowley's voice cracked as he and Aziraphale gathered their gifts before heading out of South Downs. "Four grandkids…..I still can't believe it…."

"Nor can I." Aziraphale rasped softly. "We truly are blessed."

Crowley nodded as he gave Aziraphale a kiss on the cheek. "We sure are, Angel."
