「Cheering Up」
Shidou and Hiori entered the room seeing those [e/c] eyes dry as the dead wiped-out flower. Even if her tears were no longer, there was still a sadness that lingered in her heart.
The pink-eyed male grabbed {Y/n} carrying her to his room. Hiori on the other hand was a little confused as to what the heck was going on. But he can't complain, well hopefully he won't have to.
{Y/n} didn't say a word when she was set down on his bed. This was rather odd for him, someone who is energetic and likes the fun side of life is not used to comforting someone, especially someone that he can't get along with anymore.
"Now remember Ryusei, when you see her down. Cheer her up."
"Why though? It doesn't matter to me."
"Well, she has been through enough already. She has felt feelings that are beyond human touch. If she feels something like a normal human would, help her. She could be jealous of what you could experience."
{Y/n} didn't even try to run away when he put his hands around her. It was like she was being held by a soldier while she was the princess. The princess was being held safe by this soldier while others dealt with the problem. The other people are the comfort she felt now and her past troubles.
Still, she couldn't bring herself to any more tears, but at least she felt a little more at ease. "Why did you even go out with this dude?" Shidou asks trying to break the ice.
"He seemed like a nice guy. He bought me things and took me out to nice places. He didn't even show signs of having a wife," She responds, still with a dry throat from crying.
"Should have seen the red flags."
{Y/n} stops in her thoughts. Looking up at Shidou who acted like he didn't say anything bad. "And you're not a walking red flag. Heck, you might as well be the flag pole itself."
