Incase anyone wants to make a heart icon you can go to my mb and see the link to someone's carrd

But if you prefer some visuals here you go!

Apps used:

For pictures: Pinterest
For editing: PicsArt

1st step. Go to Pinterest and find your photo(s)

Examples of them

For background

For photo:

Step 2 : go to PicsArt and press the + button,

after that you'll press the background you want (it has to be white btw)

Then when go to the " add photo" button

Then select your photo

Step 3. Make a heart

Once you selected your photo go to the "shape" button (couldn't provide screen shot but it looks like a triangle)

After that go and press the same button and click the heart

Then make the heart as big as you want

(Tip make the heart show the head and some of the chest)

And then press next
After that you size the heart and put it in the heart (it should be able to fit)

Your photo should look something like this
