In the beautiful dynasty of silla , near a big pond filled with beautiful pink lilies was Choi beomgyu with his elder brother Choi soobin both the brothers had the best bond despite not being the same blood

Yes they are not real siblings Choi soobin was the adopted son of king and queen, as the queen was not capable of having a child but one day  a miracle happened soon after adopting soobin a year later the queen had a news of having a baby which is Choi beomgyu

But happiness doesn't last long when beomgyu turned 3 he couldn't walk properly and kept bumping into things , that's when they found out that beomgyu was blind

Despite that no one hated beomgyu it sure was a disadvantage but no one cared the only thing that kept them  liking beomgyu was his beauty he was blessed with the beauty of the queen but not only his beauty but also the kings kind and humble nature was present in him

He had learned to live as a blind for 19 years , he could do everything on his own but he still needed help while walking if he isn't familiar with the place , it took him many years to finally recognize every street in silla

Currently both the brother's were by the  big a beautiful pond of silla , soobin was picking up the water lilies and running around while his blue hanbok kept flowing,  beomgyu sat by the river eyes closed as he felt the wind softly hitting his face

Soobin pov

I was running around with the beautiful water lilies in my hand when someone pulled me by my waist behind a big tree

I almost screamed until I saw the persons face

It was Choi yeonjun one of the most respected Hwarang of the warrior group in silla he was like a family , he was like a personal shield for me and my brother

But mainly he was the love of my life ; yes I had fallen for him , not only me but he also had  fallen for me

But the problem is I can't reveal it , I might get in huge trouble despite me not being the real Choi  blood im not allowed to marry whom I want its all in the hands of my father aka the king

I can't go against my father neither can yeonjun so we usually secretly have meets as his busy most of the time and we aren't allowed to go outside without him or a bunch of other soldiers to protect us

I looked up at him as  he covered my mouth I slowly pushed down his hand and yelled

"Are you crazy what if someone sees us " i said glancing at the other royal guards who were near the carriage me and beomgyu came in

"Don't worry no one will see us" yeonjun said backing away

"Anyways what are u doing here , didn't u have a court meeting today" I question him

"There is still 2 minutes left for it to start so I was just roaming around when I saw u and little beomie" he replied back

"Fine. Fine whatever now get back , quick " I said rolling my eyes

"Ahh so mean I came here to meet u but your pushing me away,  atleast give me a kiss " yeonjun puffed shamelessly asking for a request

"W-what n-n , aishh just go away" soobin said blushing

"Ok ok bye" yeonjun said giving a peck on soobins cheeks as he ran away , leaving soobin with eyes wide open

" come back here you- " soobin got interrupted

"Hyung who are you talking to " beomgyu asked in confusion

"Ah ah t-that no one beomie, come on we should get back home , father said today the family of kangs from goguryeo dynasty are visiting " soobin panickly replied

"Oh okie then let's go" beomgyu cheered
