Douma's POV
Akaza-dono is finishing burying Tanjiro's family. I am holding Tanjiro. He got exhausted and fell asleep. He is so adorable. I hope Muzan-sama will let us keep him.
"Akaza-dono." I said.
He looked at me annoyed. "What?" He asked, quite rudely. "Do you think Muzan-sama will let us keep Tanjiro?" I asked.
He walked over. "Not sure. But I hope he does. It would be amazing to have this beauty around." Akaza said, brushing some of Tanjiro's hair behind his ear, causing Tanjiro to smile and lean into Akaza-dono's touch.
" Well. Let's get going." I said, picking Tanjiro up bridal style. "Nakime!" Akaza-dono said, loudly.
There was a biwa sound and we appeared in the infinity palace Infront of Muzan-sama.
Akaza-dono bowed while I kneeled, still holding Tanjiro.
"Who is that?" Muzan-sama asked. "This I Tanjiro Kamado. A member of the family you ordered us to kill." Akaza-dono said. "So you killed them?" Muzan-sama asked. "No." I said. Muzan-sama looked angry at that.
"What do you mean no?!" He asked, angry. "They were killed by wolves. Not us, then Akaza saved Tanjiro from the wolf." I finished.
Tanjiro started shifting which drew all of our attention to him. He opened his eyes and yawned cutely. "Morning sleepyhead." I said.
Muzan's POV
"Hello." The human said. 'Cute' Douma and Akaza thought. "Hi." Douma said, with a big smile. These two seem to like him.
Douma put him down on his feet then kneeled back down. He looked at me and started. He looks like he wants to say something.
"Do you have something to say?" I asked, annoyed. Douma and Akaza got worried and scared for him while he stared at my eyes.
He smiled "You have pretty eyes." He said which shocked me. That was the last thing I expected. "T-thank you." I stuttered. I calmed down.
"May he stay, master?" Akaza asked. I paused for a second. "Sure." I said.
The three became happy. "Thank you-" He ended asking my name. "Muzan." I answered. " Thank you Muzan-sama." He said, with a bow, then gave me a smile as bright as the sun. He is definitely staying.
"Nakime. Make a room for Tanjiro and and send him and Douma there to get him situated." I ordered. Nakime played her biwa and did as I said.
I looked over at Akaza. "Is he aware we are demons?" I questioned him. "I don't believe so master." He replied. "Hmmm. Make sure he feels comfortable. He will be introduced to the other uppermoons this morning." I said. "yes master." He responded. "You are dismissed. Nakime, send him to Tanjiro and Douma." I ordered. Nakime played her biwa and sent Akaza to the other two.
I have to admit. Tanjiro is cute and sweet. I understand why those two like him.
Tanjiro's room
3rd person
Akaza appeared in the middle of the room. The room only had a red bed, wooden floors, white walls, a closet, and a bathroom.
Tanjiro is sitting on his bed, with Douma's head in his lap, and playing with his hair. Douma noticed Akaza.
"Hi Akaza-dono." Douma said, cheerfully. Tanjiro looked up and smiled. "Hi Akaza-kun." Tanjiro said. "Hello." Akaza said.
Akaza walked over to the bed and sat down on the side of Tanjiro that Douma wasn't laying on.
"Tanjiro... Do you know what we are?" Akaza nervously asked. "What do you mean what we are?" Tanjiro asked. Akaza took a deep breath. "What Douma, master Muzan, I, and everyone else here except you." Akaza continued.
"You mean you guys being demons?" Tanjiro questioned.
Akaza and Douma looked at him shocked. "You knew and still came with us?" Douma asked. "Yes." Tanjiro replied. "Why?" Akaza asked.
Tanjiro thought for a few seconds. "Well... You guys saved me.and I didn't smell any bad intentions from either of you. In fact, I smelled concern ." Tanjiro explained.
"You can smell emotions?" Douma asked. "Yeah. I have a very strong nose." Tanjiro replied. "That's cool." Douma announced.
"Master said that you will be introduced to all the uppermoons in the morning. Would you like to know a bit about them?" Akaza asked. Tanjiro nodded in response.
"First, uppermoon 6. There is two of them, Gyutaro and Daki-" Akaza started. "I adopted them." Douma declared. "That's sweet.
