Last Christmas

WALKING DOWN THE STREETS OF LONDON in the freezing month of december was a bad idea
with just wearing a black knee-length puff jacket and 2 layers of sweathers underneath just wasn't enough,
have lived in this country for pretty much her whole entire life she could never get used to it's the cold weather
especially Christmas not that she's complaining for this beautiful holiday season, since she was just 2 years old winter has never been and never will be her favourite season, it just wasn't as enjoyable as the dry season of summer.
Well that's just her opinion,

Pushing open the door immediately welcomed by the heat of the fireplace that stood in the right side of the
bakery, breathing in all the scents the place has to offer, If Christmas has a scent this would be it.
Taking a minute to compose herself overwhelmed by how homey a place could be. Looking around the shelfs filled
with variety of treats from ginger bread cookies to carrot cakes, " Well look who's hear " a sound voiced,
Hazel chuckled turning around to face the person " Well- I wouldn't want to miss your signature Christmas cookies "
the voice chuckled " Oh Hazel, I know you too well " Marmi sighed, " Hey! It's not my fault that your cookies are
so good" Hazel exclaimed, "Alright, alright now cmon your just in time" Marmi ushered Hazel over to the oven,
just in that exact moment the timer ringed 'ting'  "Its done!" Marmi puts on her glove and opened the oven door
the smell of cookies filling their nostrils, Marmi pulled out the cookie tray and placed them on top of the counter
waiting for them to cool off, Hazel acting like the child she is pulled out her hands from her fuzzy pink coloured
gloves her hands hovering on top of the brown coloured cookies just when she's about to pick one up-

"Hazel....." 

"Oh come on!"
