➷ I've been working on this since forever and I mean it, I asked the author more than a year ago if I could draw this. There's actually two secenes I wanted to draw from the book, but I wanted to try drawing this scene first, because the other one is the 'nosebleed' scene at Gardon's house - weird sentence out of context - and that one I plan on making a comic sort of format.
Anyway, this scene was cute to me. I can't remember exactly everything about it, but it stuck with me even after finishing it. I want to reread it again someday. And also redraw this with an actual reference and actually colouring everything properly (cough cough) the knife. 😂
