Sunday silence was born in 1986. Eventually he'd be known with his duel against Easy Goer. He won the Preakness and Kentucky derby, but failed at Belmont. He was a black horse with a white sock and a stripe down his nose. Sunday silence won against Easy Goer in the Kentucky Derby and the Preakness but failed to beat Easy goer in the Belmont and lost by 8 lengths. Sunday silence was worth 7.9$ million in 1991
His sire was Halo, and his mare was Wishing well

Halo was a champion thoroughbred and was a champion sire. He won the Kentucky Derby in 1983.

Sunday silence won 9 races out of 14 starts and made a total of 4.9 million. He was in the horses racing hall of fame in 1996.
he was considered a "Super horse."  Sunday silence vs Easy goer is an Era of racing that people will never forget. An intense battle for the finish line. His owner was Charlie Whittingham  his record time was 14: 9-5-0
Sunday silence won against Easy goer by a staggering 21/2 lengths breaking records. Sunday silences jockey was Patrick Valenzuela.

He sired over 1,089 winners. He's had over 203 stakes winners in total and 18 champions. He was sold to Japan to be a stud for 11 million. He was born in Paris, Kentucky in the United States on March 25th, he eventually died do to complications of heart failure and disease in his left foreleg.
