No spoilers but

Damn, Screech really went all out on them-

Rush looked over at Halt curiously. He knew why he brought him here. He knew it was the perfect opportunity to apologize to the boy. However, he wasn't prepared for him to react the way he did. "Halt, are you mad at me?" Rush suddenly asked.

Halt glanced at him before shaking his head. "Of course not." He lied, hoping Rush wouldn't catch onto it. "Really? Cause you seem like it..." Rush mumbled looking down slightly. "I'm not, I promise." Halt added as Rush sighed softly. "If you say so." He muttered weakly. There was an awkward silence between all four of them. Neither one of them knew what to say. Rush shifted uncomfortably in place, glancing away nervously.

"You know..." Halt began hesitantly. "You can talk about whatever you need to... I'll listen if you need me to..." He offered. Rush sighed quietly. "Thank You." He replied softly. Halt nodded slowly before looking up at the door they were standing by. "I wonder what Seek is doing..." Halt pondered as he stared ahead. "Don't... say his name. Please." Screech begged worriedly. "Why not?" Halt asked as he looked at him.

"Because it brings up bad memories." Screech told him simply. "Bad memories...? Of what happened? Why?" Halt asked in confusion. "It's... complicated. And I'd honestly thought you two would remember." Screech replied. "I heard someone say my name?" Seek asked from behind them. Rush flinched violently, turning around. The others tensed up immediately too. "What's wrong...?" Seek asked, stepping closer and squinting his eyes a bit.

"Nothing. It's fine." Screech assured him. "Are you sure? Something seems off." He added carefully. "Seek, just drop— Woah!" Figure said, tripping a bit while trying to walk over towards them. "Careful..." Hide whispered towards him. "Where the fu—" "No cursing." Seek interrupted Figure. "Sorry." He murmured. "Whatever..." Seek said coldly. "So... What are you guys talking about?" Seek questioned, staring directly at his friend's nervous faces. Halt glanced back briefly before looking back at him. "Nothing, just nothing. Nothing that concerns you anyways." He stated bluntly. "Just drop the damn conversation already!" Jack shouted from around the corner. Screech started to feel uneasy again. He kept his distance, keeping his distance from Jack. Rush noticed it and frowned slightly. "Okay... this is getting kind of weird. Seriously, what's going on?" Rush asked, feeling slightly irritated.

"I... Okay well, let's go somewhere private." Screech replied quietly, dragging him somewhere. "Alright... but only because I want some answers. What's really going on?" Rush questioned once the two were safely hidden away in a empty room. "So... I've never really told anyone what was going on but... I guess I could tell you..." Screech admitted nervously. Rush nodded, Listening. "Actually, Nevermind. I'll give you time to remember at least one thing." Screech spoke, floating away silently. "Wait... Where are you going?!" Rush yelled after him. "To give you time to remember something. Just wait!" Screech replied with an odd tone before disappearing entirely.

Rush sighed deeply, leaning against a wall as he watched Screech leave the room. He didn't even realize how anxious he was until he was alone again. "Okay... Think... What is it? What am I supposed to remember!?" Rush demanded himself, starting to become frustrated. " "Think, Rush." He repeated to himself over and over again in his head as he tried desperately to remember anything. Eventually giving up and letting out a deep breath. "Dang it, I wish I remembered." He whispered harshly.
